Digital VPS and IP plans are provisioned immediately after payment. If we fail to deliver the ordered service, contact support and we will restore service or refund the unused amount.

Refunds are not given for change-of-mind after a server has been issued, for suspension due to abuse, or for third-party software licenses once activated.

Wallet top-ups already used for orders cannot be reversed. Unused wallet balance can be discussed with support on a case-by-case basis.

Open a ticket in the client panel or message WhatsApp / Telegram with your order ID and payment reference.
